Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping Tasks:
Maintain and update general ledgers.
Record daily financial transactions (income, expenses, invoices, etc.).
Reconcile bank statements with financial records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Assist with payroll processing.
Data Entry Tasks:
Input and categorize financial data into accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
Organize and maintain receipts, invoices, and bills.
Handle bulk data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Manage and clean up spreadsheets and databases.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate custom financial reports based on business needs.
Provide insights or trends from financial data to help guide business decisions
