SketchUp File Modification and BAL Enhancement

I'm seeking an experienced SketchUp professional and registered draftsperson to assist with modifications to an existing file. This project will involve some minor to medium adjustments to utility rooms and the bathroom, as well as enhancements for the BAL rating. The plans come in a flipped version but the sketch up file doesn't so this will also need to be adjusted. Flexibility and speed along with expertise is more important than price. As this plan is going to be used to obtain a planing permit experience with BMO zoned sites will also be essential.
