Description:

I am seeking an experienced financial analyst with good experience in feasibility studies to review and perform a quality check on a financial model I have created. The model involves standard calculations, such as working capital changes, loan amortization, and depreciation. However, the results of IRR and NPV currently do not align with my expectations, and I need a professional to identify and correct any errors.

Scope of Work:

Review the entire Excel model for accuracy and logic in calculations.

Verify key outputs (e.g., working capital changes, depreciation, FCF, OFCF and amortization schedules).

Identify and fix formula errors, inconsistencies, or logical flaws.

Provide a brief explanation of any changes made to help me understand the corrections.

Expected Time Commitment:

The work should take no more than 2-3 hours to complete for an experienced professional.

Deadline:

I need the edited version delivered within 6 hours of awarding the project. Please only bid if you can meet this deadline.

Requirements:
