It finds the % change in price of the stock over those 60 days, then the %change of the $SPY over the same time period, then divides the change in the stock by the change in $SPY. It ranks the results by the result of this last calculation. The idea is to try and find the strongest stocks vs the $SPY. I need you to modify the exploration so it only shows the top 7% of results.
