Sofia has been amazing in handling customer's feedback and providing perfectly done final products. We will totally hire her again for our future project.

Sofia was very professional and reliable when it came to deadlines, change requests and other information in regards to this project. She is very approachable and easy to deal with and understands quite complex instructions very fast and delivers on said instructions with example files for approval before going further. Sofia is a very good and patient designer. We awarded the project with a quick brief and a tight time line and she delivered it on-time. We let the project drag for a variety of reasons for nearly 3 months and during this time Sofia was patient and courteous. I was disappointed that I did not fulfil my obligations well and caused some discomfort to this freelancer. We awarded a bonus to make some amends. Will certainly hire her again. If freelancer rating system was impacted by delays caused at our end, then this message should help clarify to potential employers who consider her as a candidate. Will definitely hire again.
