Honestly, if you are using WooCommerce, or have a website with changing demands, you should take the time to learn how to build it yourself. This can be done with tools such as Elementor. Maybe you could also use something like Squarespace. Wordpress can become very complex, and plugins need regular updating to maintain compatibility. I find it very doubtful that anyone is going to do this for you unless you have a contract, and are paying them a lot of money on a regular basis. This is not a set and forget solution, and therefore you cannot trust someone else to fix all of your problems and update plugins that they hold the licenses for. If you need a few pages for your company, and need to only change some text or images on occasion, then sure, hiring someone is a good time savings. The initial design was helpful in learning about structure and plugins. His screen casts were also very educational.
