When it comes to communicating with clients or other members, I like to be involved and informed about different topics. Seeing the client not as a client but as a member of a virtual family is the most important thing that I always follow. I like to make them feel not only heard, but also understood.

I have been working in customer service and support for the Vinted platform for two years. It was not difficult for me to get familiar with each step of the process and I learned it very quickly.
