This is Sudha , presently working for SAS Partners Corporate Advisors Private Limited as Manager- Operations – October 2016 till date. Prior to this as an Assistant Manager – Customer Support with Magnetic Autocontrol Private Limited . Other roles include Sales Manager with Exide Life Insurance & as a CRM administrator @ India Software Group , a part of KK Birla Group. Am a cheerful and multi Tasking personality and have a strong passion on communication. Expertise in deriving reports form excel and good at presentations. Highlighting my key skill on the Customer Relationship Management, interacting with customers both domestic and foreign. Been on the Lead generation working with Singapore Clients and proud to say that 2 of my leads got converted to long-term Business. This is one of my achievements at work. Worked on a couple of CRM's viz GoldmIne, SalesForce, Vtiger, Melss and presently on Zoho. Quite interested on the Workflow Management Software CA Dashboard which is predominantly used by CA, CS Firms. Learning is more working a team of Company Secretaries knowing the nuisances of the Complaince as per the Companies Act 2013. Apart from all these, love singing and dancing.
