Data Management & Insights: - Manage data flows between Zoho One apps and create impactful dashboards and reports for decision-making. 4. Integration Expertise: - Seamlessly integrate Zoho One apps with third-party platforms via APIs. 5. Training & Support: - Conduct training, provide documentation, and support users for optimal Zoho One usage. 6. Optimization: - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest upgrades for efficiency across Zoho One applications. 7. Collaborative Innovation: - Work closely with teams to understand needs and deliver tailored Zoho One solutions. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 3+ years with Zoho One applications in a similar role. - Technical Expertise: Proficient in Zoho One tools, including CRM, Creator, Books, and Deluge scripting with API integration knowledge. - Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using Zoho One. - Problem-Solving: Efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution across Zoho One apps. - Communication: Strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users. - Certifications: Zoho certifications (especially Zoho One) are an advantage. Job Details: - Salary: INR 35,000 to 80,000 per month (based on experience and expertise). - Location: Chandigarh (Hybrid model available). - Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, with occasional flexibility based on project needs.
