WordPress/code Developer for Proxy Shopping Site enhance and optimization

I am looking for a developer with experience in WordPress to enhance and improve my current proxy shopping website. My business is based in Japan and serves international customers. Fixed Fee at Checkout: • Add a fixed fee per item (automatically applied during checkout). • Ensure compatibility with WooCommerce and display this fee clearly. 4. Payment Methods: • Integrate PayPal and credit card payment options. 5. Shipping Options: • Add a shipping cost calculator to estimate shipping fees based on this is with my own data, i have all prices already listed: • Weight, dimensions, and destination country. • Options for economic and express shipping methods. • After receiving the product in the office: • Update the actual shipping cost in the customer’s account based on the package’s weight and size. • Notify the customer to select their preferred shipping method and pay for the shipping fee. • Ensure customers can see updated shipping options and costs in their account dashboard after the product arrives. 6. Main Page Redesign: • Redesign the main page with a minimalist, professional, and mobile-friendly layout. • Highlight services and simplify navigation. 7. Language Switching: • Add a basic language toggle (English/Spanish) with accurate translations. 8.
