Key Features and How It Works: Professional Profiles: Each professional has a business profile where users can see reviews, scores for parameters like attitude, quality, punctuality, and price fairness. Ranking System: Service providers appear in the list based on their average score from previous jobs. There is no option to buy ads or pay for a higher ranking, ensuring transparency. Additional Resources: The website includes informational content designed to give users prior knowledge about various service categories. Expert Q&A: Since 2019, the website features a "Expert Questions" section where professionals answer common questions in their fields.
