Social Media Campaign Manager Needed

Objective: We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelance social media campaign manager to develop and execute a strategic social media campaign for announcing and promoting BusinessRate's rankings of top businesses in various categories and locations. Scope of Work: Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with BusinessRate's goals and target audience. Create engaging and visually appealing content for ranking announcements, including graphics, videos, and compelling captions. Identify and target relevant social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, based on our target audience. Schedule and publish ranking announcement posts consistently across selected social media channels. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor social media conversations related to the campaign. Collaborate with the BusinessRate team to highlight exclusive recognition products and create promotional offers for featured businesses. Implement tactics to increase reach and engagement, such as hashtags, user-generated content, and influencer partnerships. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations. Continuously optimize the campaign based on performance data and user feedback to maximize results. Requirements: Proven experience in managing successful social media campaigns, preferably in the B2B space. Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content. Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere, is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with the BusinessRate team and adapt to feedback. Deliverables: A detailed social media campaign strategy document outlining the approach, tactics, and timeline. Creation and publication of ranking announcement posts across selected social media channels. Regular engagement with followers and monitoring of campaign-related conversations. Bi-weekly campaign performance reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Ongoing optimization of the campaign based on data-driven insights and user feedback. Timeline: The campaign will run for an initial period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business requirements. The freelancer should be available to start within the next two weeks.
