Title: LinkedIn Social Media Specialist to Grow My Personal Brand & Influence
Project Overview:
I need a LinkedIn Social Media Specialist to help me grow my influence, attract professional opportunities, and increase my Substack subscribers. My focus areas include growth hacking, conversion rate optimization (CRO), behavioral economics, and startup marketing.
I want to spend a maximum of 5 hours per week on high-value tasks like writing deep-dive content, reviewing posts, and engaging in meaningful discussions. I need someone to handle the manual and time-consuming aspects of LinkedIn growth, including content repurposing, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking.
What I Will Do:
Create original deep-dive content and thought leadership pieces
Provide insights, research, and raw ideas for content
Review and approve final posts before publishing
What I Need Help With:
Developing a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with my expertise and goals
Researching and identifying trending topics in my field
Writing and repurposing content into multiple formats (LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, Substack teasers, etc.)
Scheduling and automating posts using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Taplio, Buffer, SocialBee)
Growing my LinkedIn presence through active engagement (commenting, responding to DMs, initiating discussions)
Attracting my target audience (college graduates, CRO analysts, recruiters, and startup founders)
Tracking performance metrics and optimizing content for better engagement
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Strong expertise in LinkedIn personal branding & audience growth
Proven track record in AI-assisted content writing & scheduling (e.g., Taplio, Scripe, SocialBee)
Experience with community engagement & lead generation
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), startup growth, or behavioral economics (a plus)
Ability to repurpose content effectively across platforms
Strong analytical skills to track and improve content performance
Success Metrics:
Increased engagement, followers, and LinkedIn inbound opportunities
Higher Substack subscriptions from LinkedIn traffic
Attracting recruiters, job seekers, and consulting leads
Efficient LinkedIn growth while keeping my involvement to 5 hours per week
