In anticipation of creating new Gardening/Hydroponics accessories, I am seeking a versatile and experienced product designer - particularly one with a background in plastic mold design. Your task would be to conceive a medium-sized custom plastic mold design that will facilitate the production of unique and visually compelling products.
The first product is a simple design and we can provide examples of for the right designer. There will be several projects after this initial project in the very near future.
Skills/Experience Ideal for the Project:
- Sound understanding of plastic material characteristics and their suitability for molds
- A strong portfolio in custom mold design
- Prior experience in designing mediums size molds utilized in the gardening/hydroponics field
- Excellent communication skills to share progress and revisions
Project Tasks:
- Understand the project's specifications, purpose, and expectations
- Develop a unique custom-designed medium size plastic mold
- Provide design sketches or renderings for initial approval
- Iterate on the design based on feedback provided
- Finalize design files ready for production
