Build a 1 html page

Hello This is a simple task. A proffessionist will do it in less then 2 hours. I ask indians do not bid. I don't want to be rude, but they ask money in advance, and at the end they dont have the skills to do it, and in my point of view, they are already waste my time and my money. Thank you for understanding. In the [login to view URL] there are 4 numbers: 1. The entire page area should be fixed, when the slideshow is moving. 2-3. The left and right arrows must pulse on hoover. (pulse = bigger -> smaller -> bigger -> smaller) On click left arrow will go to [login to view URL] On click right arrow will go to [login to view URL] At the end of all slides, the right arrow will appear (obviously) 4. Normal slideshow, each image have some text under, but the view should be one image full, next image, half. Slideshow, runs ONLY with mouse. I mean not auto-play. I will provide the PDF with layers for this. IMPORTANT: The page should be 100% identical with the design. ([login to view URL]) Including the fonts, the collors, the alignment.
