VO1D App idea

I'm looking for a coder to build an ios/android app with machine learning. Basically, the app with extract data from online newspapers such as Huffington Post, CNN, etc. With that data, our app will break articles down into topic categories (music, politics, etc.). As a result, we will be able to decipher a greater insight into the users' interests and likes. Maybe even discover career options for readers. I'm looking to submit this app to apple and other app stores, first as 99 cents then with ads targeted toward the user. I have the logo, mockups, graphic designs ready to go. Happy Bidding guys :)
