Financial Accounting System and Upgrade System VERY strong mysql skills needed, all this info will be taken out of two mysql databases. Also please consider into the price that we may need tweaks made. We need individuals or companies that are willing to go a little bit past the details of the project. Anyways, here it is: This system will mainly work with modernbill v4.4 ([login to view URL]), so it is not going to be a fully functional stand alone accounting system. It will also work with a control panel called tcadmin ([login to view URL]). We are a game server host, and tcadmin is the game control panel that we use. The goal of this system is to get a VERY tight wrap on our accounting. We have a pre-coded control panel template which can be seen here: [login to view URL] Though the panel is already designed, the output of the things needed in this panel must be well incorporated, not just simply text based All the items that this accounting system output, will be posted to our panel. Where our admins can login to view/track expenses Here is what we need it to do: Track Profits Show our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly finances by grabbing info from the mysql database of modernbill. It will also need to log this to a database so we can view any past income made for previous days, weeks, months, years. It will also need to estimate income for future days, weeks, months, and years based off previous amounts made, and the level of growth in sales. Graphs of our sales would also be a great feature. It will also need to track our gross profit, by manually adding our expenses and cross referencing our expenses with our profits. Also ability to add manual expenses Track Unpaid Customers It will need to track any unpaid customers. Our customers are imported into tcadmin with a billing id, that billing id matches their billing id in modernbill. So any customers that are BOTH in modernbill and tcadmin will need to have no unpaid invoices. If they have any unpaid invoices, their user information must be displayed in our panel. It is vital that no customer ever is receiving a service for free. It will also need to automatically suspend users after “x” amount of days. The suspension process will need to do things. Set their account status to “Suspended” in modernbill and also suspend their user in tcadmin. Tcadmin is written in asp and uses the tcadminsdk. We have access to speak directly with the developers of tcadmin in order to obtain the tcadminsdk protocol. It would also need an option to manually send an invoice to customers that are unpaid. Profit Per Server Tcadmin has a listing of all servers we host. Each server will need to have its profits calculated. This will need to sync the billing id of every customer in tcadmin with that of modernbill, and then find out how much the user is paying, and apply that amount to the server. It will also need to have a user listing, with the amount of eash user under the server, so we can physically review it as well. Upgrades We need real time upgrades through tcadmin. Users can upgrade their game hosting package. It will need to prorate packages in modernbill, edit their package details, and apply the upgrades using the tcadminsdk And more… Once this part of the panel we are building is done, we will have other aspects of the panel. The final goal of this project is to have a complete staff panel, able to manage EVERY aspect of our company. We need people with a lot of experience, as we have already worked with inexperienced individuals who simply take too long.
