NEED TO MAKE SOFTWARE AUTOMATION script

hi I want to make deskstop application. I have my online software with different login. but there is no option to export contacts in bulk I can do one by one only function of software required. I need to pick up several contact information at once in spread sheet using automation software from different login each time. Once I use login A i will download spread sheet with 10000 patients another by using login b then so on.. Need software where I can put different logins one by one and can download excel sheet which have address info of clinets data easily. software will select 1000 client option per page and download automatically till last page. kindly quote me price there are ten field in excel for each clients 30 $ budget
