CodeIgniter 3 to CodeIgniter4 Upgrade

I need a skilled PHP developer to upgrade my CodeIgniter 3 application to be compatible with CI4 and PHP 8.4. This application, originally developed over a decade ago, serves as a database for safety data sheets and includes a dashboard with MySQL8 database queries and corresponding reports. The deliverable should maintain equivalent functionality to the current application. Key Requirements: - User authentication and login - Data queries and reporting - Dashboards and visualizations Please note, the project does not require any new features or improvements.
