We are looking for a skilled professional to create a fillable PDF file and an .odg file from a provided template PDF. The project involves integrating a JSON file to dynamically populate data into both file formats. Additionally, the deliverable must include Java code to automate the generation of the fillable PDF using JSON data. Scope of Work: 1. Analyze Template PDF: • Review the structure, design, and content of the provided PDF. 2. JSON Integration: • Use the provided JSON file to dynamically populate fields in the PDF and .odg files. 3. Create ODG File: • Recreate the template PDF as an editable .odg file, maintaining design accuracy. 4. Create Fillable PDF: • Convert the template into a fillable PDF with interactive form fields (e.g., text boxes, checkboxes, dropdown menus) and populate them using JSON. 5. Java Code: • Develop a Java program that reads the JSON file, fills the PDF form, and generates a completed PDF. • Ensure the code is modular, documented, and easy to execute. 6. Testing and Delivery: • Test all files and the Java code for seamless functionality and compatibility. Deliverables: • A fillable, dynamically populated PDF file. • An editable .odg file with JSON integration. • Java code to automate PDF creation from JSON. • Any source files used in the process. Requirements: • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Acrobat Pro, LibreOffice Draw, and Java libraries (e.g., Apache PDFBox, JODConverter). • Strong programming skills in Java and JSON integration. • Attention to detail and good communication skills.
