I want to use a Raspberry Pi connected to two IP camera's. I want a software written on Rapberry, which run automatically when Raspberry Pi boots and starts displaying the two Camera video on the HDMI Port. On the same video I want to check persons passing in front of the camera, who are wearing Helmets(the ones we wear on bikes) and the ones who are not wearing them. I also want to display the Total number of persons passing in front of the camera. I want 3 Digital signal Pulses for number of Persons passing, one for the persons wearing Helmet and one for the persons not wearing Helmets. Also I want this data to be transmitted on the UART in a string format.
I will need some way to be able to setup the Camera setting for the camera I connect. Also I should be able to use just 1 camera if required. Other functions same as above.
