Loan Processor – Real Estate Investor Loans We are seeking a detail-oriented loan processor to manage investor-only loans for our private lending business. This role focuses on handling DSCR, fix-and-flip, and bridge loans, ensuring smooth and timely closings by collecting required documents and coordinating with third parties. Key Responsibilities: Document Collection & Follow-up: - Send emails and follow up with investors on active loans (e.g., refinances) to collect: 1. HUD or property ownership documents 2. 2 recent bank statements 3. Voided checks 4. Leases 5. Insurance certificate and proof of premium payment 6. Payoff letters from existing lenders 7. LLC documents (Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, Certificate of Good Standing, EIN Letter) Third-Party Coordination: - Work with insurance agents to revise policies and ensure compliance with loan standards. - Communicate with title agents to order title, review title documents, and make necessary revisions. - Coordinate with appraisers, title companies, and clients to clear conditions and ensure timely closings. Loan Platform Management: - Process files through platforms like Kiavi and Roc Capital. - Track submissions, update loan statuses, and ensure all documents are uploaded correctly. Ongoing Communication: - Maintain consistent communication with borrowers to provide updates and gather outstanding documents.
