Web application in PHP
- programm gets data via SFPT and needs to collect the data in a definied timeframe. User data and time frame needs to be definied in the setting area as well as a possibility and to rename types of feedback below (Ok, Clearification....)
It has to be possible to add new users with the difference if the user is allowed to see the setting area or not.
Systems need to import data via a csv file with the following collums and give a user the possibility to import a csv file as well in a database with timestamp and filename via web interface. It has to be possible also to add this information manually via backend in the setting area.
- after the import you need to move the file to another folder on the SFTP (Archiv)
- Info about the CSV file. You will get the following information in different columns: Order-ID, position-ID, Carrier, Carrier Logo-URL, Return-Shipping-Code, GTIN, Amount, picture URL, Size, Color
- User Login via Passwort and User
Users have to work webased through the following steps:
One task:
- Scanning a Return-Shipping-Code
if the code is in the data base the systems goes on with the following process:
- next step if the return-shipping-code is known user needs to scan GTINs (one or more) with a barcode scanner. In case the articles fit to the database in relation to the return shipping code and no other GTIN is scanned by a confirmation of the user: next package in this step the systems sends an OK (as a setting variable see above) in green frame and enable to scan the next return-shipping code
- in case the user scans a or more GTIN in the step before which does not has a relation tothe return-shipping-code the user needs to see the information Clearification I (as a setting variable see above) instead of OK in orange color and a frame please
- in case the system does not know the return-shipping-code the system needs to send a red information and needs to show the scanned number with the information: unknown package (as a setting variable see above)
- All fullfiled tasks above have to be send as a CSV file immediately to the same SFTP to another folder: Messages after the user confirms that the task has been completed for this package
- You send via CSV please: return-shipping-Code, Order-ID, position ID, GTIN, Amount
All messages have to be shown in a logbook in the setting area as well with timestamp and user.
The design requirement for the application is to be simple clean and very professional. Design is important to me also!
