Project Title: Online Rent Agreement System
Objective:
Develop a platform where users can create rent agreements by filling in details about the owner, tenant, and property, and generate a rent agreement that can be sent as a PDF via email or downloaded
Key Features:
User Authentication:
Login and Sign-up functionality for users (owners/tenants).
Detail Collection:
Collect necessary details from both the owner and tenant (names, contact info, address, etc.).
Property information (location, size, terms, etc.).
Additional agreement details like payment terms, start/end dates, etc.
Agreement Generation:
Automatically generate the rent agreement using a predefined template based on user input.
PDF Generation & Distribution:
Generate a PDF of the rent agreement.
Send the PDF via email to both parties.
Provide a download option for the agreement in FlutterFlow.
Tech Stack:
Frontend: FlutterFlow for UI and handling PDF downloads.
Backend: Google Sheets or a database for storing user inputs and agreement details.
PDF Generation: Custom script for generating PDFs based on a predefined template.
Email Service: Automated emails with agreement attached.
Workflow:
User registers/logs in.
User fills in the details about the owner, tenant, and property.
Upon submission, the system generates a rent agreement using the provided template.
The system emails the PDF version of the agreement to the user.
The user can also download the PDF through the FlutterFlow interface.
Future Enhancements:
Option to edit agreements before finalization.
Multi-language support for agreements.
