Company Retreat and Team Building Photography

I'm looking for a photographer to capture moments during our company retreat and team-building activities. The event starts on Sunday, January 19th, from 5pm to 7pm at the Westin Waterside at Harbour Island, Tampa. It continues all day Monday, January 20th, at the Westin and during our outing at the Florida Aquarium. The final shooting session will be on Tuesday, January 21st, from 8 AM until 11 AM. I'm looking for a mix of candid shots and posed group photos, with a focus on event activities. The photos will not require any post-production editing, so I'm looking for someone who can deliver good quality raw images. Ideal skills and experience for the job: - Proficiency in both candid and posed photography - Experience in event photography - Ability to capture team interactions and event activities - High-quality equipment for capturing raw images (not just iPhone shots) - Good timing and awareness to catch significant moments during the event Please provide a portfolio of similar event photography you've done in the past.
