On a specific time, the vba macro has to apply the rules for values in column G, AM and AN. As explained in word doc, once the rules are satisfied the values are moved to Columns AO, AP etc., Various tasks to be taken care. I will be able to make this VBA code on time. Yes. I read the Word document and looked at the Excel file. It will be a VBA application that will be executed when the cell value conditions are met. For example: The rules will start to be executed when the time in cell in F4 is greater than or equal to J6 and also when the time in cell F4 is less than H6. The data movements are described below in the Word document.

Having read your doc description I have to say that I do not fully comprehend what you are trying to accomplish, but I can surely help. The conditional copy-paste actions are clear and can be coded as described. The code will run without having to press a button, but instead it will check for the needed condition each time there is a change in the workbook. Finally, if we proceed together, I need to clarify a few things in the requirements doc. For example, do you want each time to create 20 copies of SheetInput & SheetOutput, or merely have 20 copies of each that can perform the same automated process as described in the doc? I can write you an event driven procedure that will detect changes in the "countdown", "start" & "finish" cells and check weather the conditions are met to carry out the algorithm you described. Just to clarify a few things : -you said to activate the code when F4 is superior or equal to J6 and less than H6. Should it not be the contrary? -could you reformulate the "additionnal requirement" part? I understand that you would like to output the data to separate sheets, but I do not understand exactly how you want it done. Best regards, Benoit Spiess
