Hello, please, provide the 3D model, and the setup conditions you want. If possible, I can do a FLOeFD simulation. If all is set correctly, hire me, and I will deliver the results. There's nothing more intuitive than FLOeFD. I will need all the relative situations: characteristics of the fluid if it's an immiscible situation, presence of what fluid, etc. I can produce different results, like the variables you are asking for: "Outputs should include flow rates (primary) and potentially other relevant secondary data", which can be pressure, time to mix (if that's a mixture), and heat transfer, among other variables I can show you. And yes, I can produce cut plane views, 3D views, and video rendering of the process simulation. If you don't have a 3D model, then we have to create it. That's another bill. Depending on what you want, we can go SW or NX. If you have the 3D model, but it's not adequate and requires work, that's another bill.
