I'm looking for a virtual assistant to aid my real estate investment company. The role involves researching construction estimates, gathering bids, and handling data entry and organization tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching construction estimates: You will need to find reliable estimates for various construction projects.
- Gathering bids: I need you to source and compile bids from various suppliers.
- Data entry and organization: Keeping the information organized and easily accessible will be crucial.
Critical Research:
- Supplier comparison: A significant part of the role will involve comparing different suppliers to get the best deal.
Supplier Information:
- Pricing details: Most importantly, I need you to gather and compare pricing details from different suppliers.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, particularly in the real estate or construction industry, would be highly beneficial.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Proficiency in data entry and data organization.
