We are a digital marketing agency seeking a Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you’ll be the main person keeping everything organized and on track. You’ll work closely with the CEO and the rest of the team to help shape the direction of the project. You’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, from gathering all the important info to making sure the team meets deadlines. It’s a great role if you like to lead, stay on top of things, and help guide a team to success. What You’ll Do: 1. Manage client profiles: • Make sure all client profiles are completed all the details are in order (like photos and business info). • Collect everything needed to keep the project moving forward. 2. Client Info: • Keep track of client details like contact information and their project needs. • Make sure everyone on the team knows what the client wants and needs for the project. 3. Work with the Strategy Team: • Execute the big plan for the project, working directly with the CEO and strategy team. • Offer your input and ideas to help shape what the project looks like and what goals we’re aiming for. 4. Track the Project: • Keep an eye on how things are going, making sure everyone is meeting deadlines and there are no roadblocks. • Update the team (and the CEO) on where the project stands and what’s next. 5. Team Communication: • Make sure the team is communicating well and everyone knows what they need to do. • Organize team meetings to check on progress, solve any issues, and make sure everyone is on track. 6. Quality Check: • Double-check everything to make sure it looks great and is exactly what the project needs. • Review social media posts, website updates, and emails before they go live to make sure everything’s on point. 7. Problem Solving: • Spot any issues early and come up with ways to fix them quickly. • Help the team work through challenges and make sure the project keeps moving forward. 8. Client Communication: • Be the go-to person for clients, making sure they’re happy with the project and everything is on schedule. • Gather their feedback and make sure we meet their needs. 9. Wrap Up the Project: • Make sure everything is finished on time and meets the project goals. • Review the whole project at the end, figure out what went well, and what could be better next time. As the Project Manager, you’ll play a huge role in keeping everything organized, helping the team work together, and making sure the project stays on track.
