Transcription of Emails into Bullet Points for Legal Billing Analysis
₹750-1250 INR / hour
I am seeking a meticulous and experienced transcriber to convert a series of emails related to legal matters into concise bullet points in an Excel format, detailing dates and key contents. The project involves 7 files, each containing a couple hundred emails varying in complexity, associated with communications involving insurance companies, assistants, and medical consultants.
Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing and succinctly transcribing each email, focusing particularly on activities critical for billing.
• Documenting activities in a manner that understands variable time-spending based on content analysis (with each email action warranting at least a .1 billing unit).
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
Requirements:
• High attention to detail with proven experience in transcription.
• Background experience within a law firm or similar environment, with an understanding of legal billing practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management.
