The key objectives are improving customer experience, enhancing operational efficiency, and introducing new products and services. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a freelance basis for an exciting project in the [industry/sector, e.g., e-commerce, healthcare, fintech] space. This role requires someone with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, and operations) to ensure alignment. Create detailed user stories, process flows, and business models. Provide support during project implementation and post-launch analysis. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst (2+ years preferred).
