1. Back Fence Repair - Repair the broken fence at the back of the house (opposite Bayliss Rd) as shown in attached photo 1. Need to ensure the fence is repaired so that there are no more separations or gaps as shown in photo 1. The timber post holding both sides of the fence may need to be replaced as well to provide sufficient structural support.
2. Left Side Fence Repair - On the back left side fence (near banana trees), replace 1 x broken pailing as shown in photo 2 and re-screw 2 x pailing that has separated (replace if re-screw is not possible). Also, cut the top of 7 x palings that are sticking out as shown in photo 2 so that it is level with the existing fence.
3. Back Fence Palings - Nail back or re-screw only the selected palings that are becoming loose at the bottom of the back fence (opposite Bayliss Rd). Examples of some of these areas are shown in photo 3.
4. Ensuite Tiles - Remove / clean out and regrout only the necessary sections of tiles outside the ensuite shower as shown in photo 4.
5. Both Shower Floor Sealant - Remove existing silicone sealant from inside the both shower floor edges (joint between wall & floor), clean out and reseal with waterproof silicone sealant.
6. Main Bathroom Bathtub Sealant - Remove existing silicone sealant from around the edge of the bathtub in the main bathroom (where it is attached to walls), clean out and replace with waterproof sealant - see photo 5 for example of an area.
7. Kitchen Sink Sealant - Remove existing silicone sealant from the back of the kitchen sink area, clean out and reseal with waterproof silicone sealant.
8. Ensuite Vanity Handle - Replace 1 X handle from the ensuite vanity as shown in photo 6.
9. Main Bathroom Towel Rail - Replace the towel rail in the main bathroom with a double chrome towel rail of similar length. See photo 7 for reference.
10. All Door Stops - Replace door stops for all 9 X doors inside the house including the door in the garage. Please install rubber cushion door stops that are at least 100mm in length (similar to this product).
11. Front Door Bottom Seal - Install a door bottom seal for the front entrance door (as shown in photo 8) so that water splashes during heavy rain do not touch the bottom of the door (similar to this product).
