Professional PDF Flyers for Product Marketing

I'm in need of a skilled graphic designer to create a series of PDF flyers aimed at marketing a small business. The style should be distinctly professional. We are a healthcare oriented small business, that focuses on construction & home modifications for people with disabilities and who are aging in place. Key Requirements: - Balanced Content: The flyers need to incorporate a balanced mix of text and visuals. This means the designer should be able to create engaging, informative layouts that effectively communicate the product's features and benefits without being overly text-heavy or too visual-heavy. - Design Skills: The ideal freelancer should have a strong portfolio of professional, corporate-style designs.
