I'm seeking a structural engineer to work alongside my architectural drafting team to develop full Construction Documents Architectural and Structural plans for a 19 story high rise building.

I currently have a first draft entitlement plan set for the building (a few of the sheets attached) which includes basic building envelope 3d drawings , sections, elevations and floor-plans. These will need to be reviewed and developed into a full construction document set .

The structural plans must comply with local building codes for a small city in california. The ideal freelancer will have a strong background in structural engineering, particularly in high rise buildings, and will be able to deliver detailed, code-compliant structural plans.
