I'm seeking a professional to configure our on-premise 3CX PBX with SIP Trunks. This will connect to Twilio and subsequently to VAPI.ai. The primary functionality required from this setup is voice bot integration through VAPI.ai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration of an existing voice agent into the 3CX configuration.
- Setting up SIP Trunks to connect to Twilio, and then to VAPI.ai.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience with 3CX PBX configuration.
- Proven track record with Twilio and [login to view URL] integrations.
- Skilled in voice bot technology and configuration.
- Familiarity with integrating pre-existing scripts into a new system.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any potential issues during the setup.
Job will be considered finished when:
- A call in the 3cx system is forwarded to an extension, and that extension is either directly connected to a [login to view URL] agent, or the call is forwarded to a Twilio phone number that [login to view URL] is connected to and the caller can interact with the agent. This call cannot connect over the PSTN, it must be via the internet or SIP truck (over internet)
- The [login to view URL] agent can forward the call to an extension on our 3CX server. This can be directly done or to an assigned DID over a SIP trunk. The call must connect so that both ends can talk to each other. It cannot be over the PSTN
- You provide documentation on the steps to recreate the setup that you have done. This documentation will be tested and must be complete.
We currently have a twilio account with a usable test phone number and that phone number connect to a VAPI account with a test agent. We also have Twilio SIP trunked to 3cx via a Twilio SIP domain if this helps any.
You will be given Chrome remote access to a PC that has access to all the above devices and accounts to do you work. You will be monitored as you work.
