Asterisk switchboard

We need a switchboard The extent of the service must be delivered is as follows: 100 different companies in the size from 2 to 7000 employees per company. Totally about 80.000 employees. About 3000 forwarded calls per week for all of the companies. It will mainly be to forward calls to the right person, but also som person search and other services. The system which is used today is Trio switchboard solution. It is important that the companies and employees can nog in themselves and work with the opening hours for their own number(s), holidays etc. If you know about a system which today is used by inbound call centers, which you can recommend to base the system on, then please send information about the system. We must be able to see a demo to evaluate if it is something we feel we can work with. There must be a link to a demo in your bid, but the actual bid is not decisive at the moment, as we are primarily investigating if there is a system we can work with or if it needs to be built from scratch. Our final budget is 10.000$
