Building Rendering with Detailed Precast Model

I need a revised rendering of a building. I will provide you with an existing rendering and a Sketchup model of the exterior precast products and joinery.
Key Requirements:
- The precast model should include detailed textures and patterns.
- The environmental modeling should include trees and greenery, street furniture like benches or lamps, as well as vehicles and pedestrians.
- The pavements will be modeled and rendered from only 1 angle, which will be at eye level.
Two renderings will be taken: one in plain white and another in gray, matching the existing exterior image. For this project, the exterior precasts will be modeled as flat, not rough as in the first project.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Sketchup and rendering software.
- Experience in detailed environmental modeling.
- Ability to create and apply detailed textures and patterns.
