3D auto cad drawing + 3D Animation

Hi there, I am on a tight budget and time schedule and am wanting to hire someone who has experience with creating a complete 3D auto cad finished render, 3D animation of the product in use (showing the 3D functionality of the product) and include all size/measurements of front, side and back views etc. This design will be sent to our manufacturer in China for mass production, however the engineer will need adequate drawings along with the correct dimensions for creating the physical product precisely. There will be modifications to the phone pouch mechanism on the front of the vest. I have uploaded a sketch explaining the alterations but I can explain further in more detail once I have selected someone to carry out this project. The phone pouch on the front will be completely removable from the vest with a cable attached from the vest to the pouch. I have attached a picture of a cable example, this cable in the example image will only be half the size of what it is in the image. I can send you our physical prototype vest to an address at your request so at least you can work with the physical product in front of you. As mentioned above I will only require major changes to the phone pouch functionality. I am wanting to know time frame for this project (weekends included). I am wanting to complete this project ASAP so I will also be available myself daily (AEST) as well as weekends.
