Contest Brief

I'm looking for a vintage-style logo for my smokehouse. The logo should be created as a vector file with shapes on layers for easy scalability and editing.

Smoke House Name: "Eriswell Chequers Smokehouse"

Key Elements:
- The logo should include a chequer board pattern (black and white)
- We want to put the logo onto T-Shirts, so maybe a round logo would work best
- It should incorporate elements of smoke and flames, capturing the essence of a traditional smokehouse.
- The overall aesthetic should be distinctly vintage, appealing to lovers of rustic, old-school charm.
- I have included some imagery for ideas and styles that we like.
- Eriswell Chequers in small text, smokehouse in large text, or vice versa.
- Designs on a black background.

Color Scheme:
- The primary colour of the logo should be black & white.

Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in logo design, particularly in creating vintage-style logos.
- Proficiency in vector graphics software.
- Strong understanding of colour theory and design principles.
- Experience in designing with specific, included elements.
