Contest Brief

I'm looking for a talented illustrator to give my existing illustration a professional finish. I'd like to maintain the blue color scheme and style of the original illustration. I would then like a second version done where it feels more premium with more silver metallic tones, making it feel icy/frosted and cold as the train is going through cold mountains.

Key Requirements:
- Recreate the whole illustration from scratch, making it feel more professionally done.
- Do not change the layout/composition. Just needs to be worked into more.
- Recreate the front part of the train and seamlessly integrate it with the rest of the drawing
- Add more grain/noise texture to give the illustration a more sophisticated look
- Retain the simplicity of the current style, while enhancing attention to detail

The lighting and ambiance I envision is moonlit with soft shadows, so keep this in mind while enhancing the image. This project is to be completed using vector-based illustration techniques, so experience and proficiency in this area is a must. Must be supplied as a vector illustration.

I've supplied some other images which I like the grain style texture. I've supplied the illustrator file with my illustration drawn.

I want two illustrations done. One with the blue/dark blue colour scheme, and then another one with more silver metallic colour scheme.
