Project Scope: Comprehensive Strategy for Website Optimization and User Experience Enhancement
We are seeking a comprehensive strategy to enhance the user experience (UX), streamline navigation, and improve the flow of information across three interconnected websites:

inovoaesthetics.ca
inovomensclinic.ca

Primary Objectives:

Simplify and Enhance Navigation:
1. Improve the organization of categories and services to ensure intuitive, user-friendly navigation across the websites.
2. Optimize the flow of information between the sites to reduce confusion and improve conversions.

Modernize Website Infrastructure:
3. Address outdated designs and technical issues (e.g., plugins on InovoAesthetics).
4. Develop a scalable, mobile-first design strategy to ensure fast, responsive, and seamless user experiences.

Streamline Services and Branding:

5. Clarify the focus of each website to reduce redundancy while maintaining SEO and usability.
Create a clear distinction between InovoMensClinic (specialized male health services) and InovoAesthetics/InovoMedical (aesthetic and wellness services) to target specific client personas. -We do not want potential clients to see us as a MEGA clinic doing too many services because we want to attract both rich and luxurious clientele and we assume that they usually want to go to a more specialized clinic such as a medical aesthetic or dermatology or plastic surgery clinic for the aesthetic services. We think female sexual health services on our inovomedical aesthetic website is ok in terms of persona and specializing impression.

Preserve and Enhance SEO Rankings:

6.Transition existing high-performing pages (e.g., InovoAesthetics) to new designs or consolidated sites without losing organic search rankings.
7.Develop an SEO strategy that balances targeted outcomes (e.g., "wrinkle reduction," "skin tightening") with brand-specific keywords (e.g., Botox, CoolSculpting).

Strategic Content Structuring:

8.Categorize services in a way that reduces duplication, aligns with user search intent, and improves conversions.
Ensure content appeals to luxury clientele while maintaining a focus on evidence-based, results-driven solutions.

Challenges to Address:
Multiple Sites: Managing and differentiating services across three sites while avoiding the perception of being a "mega clinic" offering too many services.
Overlapping Services: Balancing male-specific services (e.g., Botox, body sculpting) between InovoMensClinic and InovoAesthetics without diluting the focus of either site.
Brand Confusion: Leveraging the strong “InovoMedical” name while maintaining the specialized branding of the aesthetics and men’s health sites.

Technology in Use:
Zoho tools for heatmaps, visitor tracking, and CRM (Zoho PageSense, SalesIQ, etc.).
Google Ads (limited use of Google Analytics currently).
Plan to integrate videos across landing and home pages for trust-building and conversion optimization.

Deliverables Expected:
-Answer all numbered items.
-All items shall be discussed and the WHY should be detailed. The scientific evidence, if possible, behind shall be brought forward.
-Use analytical tools to prove your point (and share the report).
-The service and treatments category on inovoaesthetics and inovomedical as well as the general structure should be detailed precisely. (This is the way I will determine if you are truly interested to learn about our services and to find the best solution). Proposed content organization model that balances user needs with SEO best practices
-I need to know what WordPress tools you would use and why. I want to decrease long term cost.
