I'm seeking an urban designer with experience in town planning, specifically for a mixed-use development. This project will integrate retail spaces, residential units, and office spaces, all aimed at enriching community living.

I have attached a rough idea for a design.
A circle with a swish as if painted. Swish to be 70's beige (optional)
Background 'Harrods Green'
Font Unica One or similar in 70's orange.

I do not want any pics in my logo- just name and slogan

I want the logo to have it a 70's look. Be creative. You do not have to follow the above design. However i do like, beige brown, green orange, blue, red giving that 1970's look.
