I'm looking for a web developer to create a webpage for our new meme coin called "Traylor Swift". The coin features a cartoon of Taylor Swift during pregnancy set in a trailer park.

Key Requirements:
- The webpage will require a background of video footage of a trailer park. This footage should be realistic, not cartoonish or overly artistic.
- The main image on the page will be a provided cartoon image.
- The background video does not need to include elements such as people interacting or nature around the park, but it should feature trailer homes.
