Email 2FA & Google Authenticator Integration

I need a professional PHP/Laravel developer to complete and test an email-based 2FA system and integrate Google Authenticator for admin logins.
Task 1: Email-based 2FA
- Implement an email-initiated 2FA system where a 12-character unique, randomly generated string is sent to the user's email.
- The string should be valid for 15 minutes.
- Users can request a new string up to 3 times. After the third attempt, they should be locked out for 15 minutes.
- Provide a dashboard option for users to enable/disable 2FA.
- Most of this is already implemented but needs testing and completion.
- I will provide a sample email template.
Task 2: Google Authenticator for Admin
- Integrate Google Authenticator for admin logins.
- Ensure only admins can log in using this method.
- Provide an option for admins to enable/disable this feature from the admin panel.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with PHP/Laravel.
- Familiarity with 2FA systems.
- Experience with Google Authenticator integration.
- Strong testing and debugging skills.
