**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Branding Manager to lead the branding initiatives of our construction materials company as we expand into the group housing sector with diverse verticals. This role is pivotal in establishing our brand presence, ensuring consistency across all projects, and creating a strong identity that resonates with stakeholders and customers alike.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Brand Strategy Development:**
- Design and implement comprehensive branding strategies tailored to the construction materials and group housing sectors.
- Align the brand's vision, mission, and values with the organization's growth objectives.
2. **Market Research & Insights:**
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
- Develop insights to position the brand effectively across multiple verticals.
3. **Integrated Marketing Campaigns:**
- Develop and oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling materials that drive engagement.
4. **Stakeholder Communication:**
- Serve as the brand ambassador to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and sales teams to integrate branding into project execution.
5. **Brand Asset Management:**
- Oversee the creation and management of all brand assets, including logos, brochures, websites, and signage.
- Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms and touchpoints.
6. **Performance Metrics & Reporting:**
- Set KPIs to evaluate branding effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in branding or digital marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, or allied industries.
- Proven expertise in creating and managing multi-vertical branding strategies.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the construction and housing sectors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
