I have an existing database system that relies on a MySQL database with a PHP frontend. The system is used to track users of a university writing center. One of my customers would like the existing program to pull student data from a Peoplesoft database used by the University, while still storing center records in the MySQL system. In other words, if a tutor selects the name of a client (student), the system should grab that clients sex, major, school level, etc from peoplesoft and populate the approriate fields on screen.
