Knowledge sharing among the academic staff in higher learning institution is a core process in achieving efficiency. This paper seeks to show the knowledge sharing patterns among the faculty of the University of Kigali (OUK) and the frequency with which the teaching staff share knowledge. The results were analysed using UNICET to find the frequency and intensity of knowledge sharing among the academic staffs in the University of Kigali (UOK).
