I'm looking for an expert WordPress developer to create and deploy a WordPress site for me. The site will be for a project, and it must be designed using a child theme based on an existing theme, which we can decide together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy a WordPress site using a custom child theme
- Suggest suitable existing themes for the child theme
- Implement and document a modern development and deployment workflow, including version control and both local and production environments
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in WordPress site development and deployment
- Proficient in creating and designing child themes
- Familiar with modern development and deployment workflows
- Experience with version control systems
Please note, I'm open to recommendations for existing themes, and I'm also unsure about specific features to include. However, a focus on SEO optimization, social media integration, and a contact form would be beneficial. Your expertise in suggesting and implementing these features will be highly valued.
