Make a web portal for distributors

Distributor portal features/requirement  Distributor should have special login Distributor should be able to view the SKUs with its price, punch order and receive updates Admin makes updates on available SKUs  Each SKU will have a pre set quotation and relevant terms. Admin updates price and other terms of each SKU special to each distributor/master. These updates will be time bound and expiry date must be mentioned beforehand.  There should be an option for discounts either to a specific distributor or a specific master as well Distributor should be able to see prices of SKUs for a specific time period Prices should be independent for each distributor Only selected SKUs can be viewed by each distributor  Quotation will convert only into order upon acceptance. Only then PI will be sent. Intimation of updates on email/SMS should be given to distributor; change in price, master accepted, order accepted, order dispatch, bilti, invoice All finalised documents such as PIs, should have an option to download as well Option should be there to request for special ‘features’; price, delivery time, credit period Distributor will have to open a master of every customer with the requisite details (name, address, GSTIN) to be entered only once. After that distributor will only have to select the master and enter the order quantity per SKU to obtain PI. There should be default settings for quote and other details. In case that particular master requires special features then we will have to enter that manually in every inquiry unless special features are not pre defined. Master should be accepted by admin before enabling distributors to punch orders On acceptance or order PI should be sent automatically, upon dispatch TI should be sent automatically after entering the bilti/e way bill details Data for every distributor and their master should be compiled manually; individual orders, total orders per SKU, total orders in rupees Every invoice should automatically go into the ledger. All incoming money receipts should have an option of being entered* with requisite bank details so current outstanding is always mentioned Ledger should be available to distributor also for their convenience  In case I am making direct sales to customers and not via distributor there should be an option of generating a direct quotation, PI and TI as well In case of direct sales ledgers will be independent to each customer and not each distributor Distributors can not see each other’s sales, SKUs available, quotes, customer list or any other sensitive or regular data (not even name) Analytics of order received versus order dispatched time for each distributor and master should be there Master login and other logins should be there. Other logins should have limited permission such as can not update rate, accept order but can generate bilti, update ledger etc. Calls made on number mentioned on website or any other place should have details imported in the portal as a lead which can be viewed by both the distributor and admin.  To evaluate possibilities: Having multiple access through app and web *Payments made from distributor’s bank directly to be updated in our portal. Or maybe we can create our special payment gateway which should be able to accept large payments in lakhs as well Conducting purchase and making payments also via this portal so that purchase ledgers are also automatically updated.
