The voiceover style should be conversational, engaging and relatable, as if you're sharing a story with a friend. - **Commitment**: If you take this job, you'll need to commit to it long-term. We want the same voice for all documentaries, ensuring consistency across our series. - **Initial Work**: We have two documentaries ready to start with, and then we'll be dubbing more on an ongoing basis. - **Voiceover Synchronization**: There's no need for any sync with the video, as our aim is to have the English version longer than the original.
